                  减速器一般用于低传动比大扭距的电机设备中,该机械设备要想运用的好,其扭距需提前计算精准,下面就由减速机厂家为大家详解一下下它的扭矩计算方法吧!
                  减速比=电机输出转速比÷减速器输出转速比(“减速比”也称“传动比”)
                  1、掌握电动机最大功率和减速比及运用指数值,求减速器扭距得出表达式:
                  减速器扭距=9550×电动机最大功率÷电机输入转速比×减速比×运用指数值
                  计算方式是T=9549*P*I*η/n;在这其中:P是指电机的额定电流输出功率,以KW(KW)为公司;n是电机的额定电▂流传动比,以转每分(r/min)为公司,一般4p的电机为3000转。
                  2、掌握扭距和减速器输出转速比及运用指数值,求减速器必须可用电动机最大功率得出表达式:
                  电动机最大功率=扭距÷9550×电动机输入转速比÷减速比÷运用指数值;结果就是:10084牛米

                  由于制作工艺的难点,中国减速器的额定电流传动比一♀般达不了3000转,计算时一般赋值1450。
